Has anyone here know the reason why HanLiu detained by the police?

I'm Chinese and I read about that his brother YongLiu is a murderer and got busted recently. HanLiu is detained because of crimes of harboring and covering up his brother. Thus the banks terminated the loan contract.

Furthermore, there are two state-owned mining groups (WuHan and HeBei)interested in join the business as well. Personally I reckon the Chinese government won't let the deal blow away, they just want a national group to join in.
