they are meant to get 1.5m shares, not 1.5m dollars, the calculation they are providing is for a performance award of 1.5m dollars (or 120,000,000 shares) and roughly 25% of the company for delivering a resource upgrade. Yea sure guys! i sincerly hope they made a typo and even further it would need shareholder approval as it breaches the 15% rule
In my opinion they are due 1.76m shares. This reflects the equivalent position should the shares have been issued at 85% of WVAP @ 1.27c (
