Well..lets talk (but really short) about the sp..

I can't repeat all stuff..who read understood what is going on (at least in my opinion).

buts lets assume you disagree..

Than you must answer to yourself..

Who have shares and is happy to sell for less ,and less and less even with such news ??

If you disagree of my theory,you should also answer..and where are the buyers ?

Don't you consider some are scare looking every single good new the share goes up and few minutes or days come back ?

But this is not exactly what the "buyers for cheap price" wanted ?

Final question..

You like or you don't Bilby and Proteus will have the results in few days,,, not months... maybe 1 or 2 weeks, but not months..

Who really are couregeous enough to short a share that is SO DRAMATICALLY smashed and go ahead shorting in the iminence of such announcements coming ?

Who really have couregeous(and money) to play such game and sincerelly , why ?

You can say what you want,you can look at sp and say... what is going on ?

But the only answer (aside a big seller still selling) is:
people working hard to keep this levels for

a) buy more
b) leave room for a take over offer

My opinion is just relax... work... do what you need to do and think absolutely focus... All that gas will provide (in worst scenario,that is far from worst) a amazing cash flow positive during several years if nobody buy the company and nobody lift the share price..meaning..youwill receive really high dividends..than I guarantee you... people will pay the price you will ask for..
