all your long and meaningless post can fit into one sentence: it's better for the company to have $45mil in the bank than $28mil.

I knew and I posted the CR was coming since the announcement early February re. shareholder days; no questions the company needs CR; but the COST and handling of this CR is absurd and farce IMHO.

They will issue whole lot of new shares and options diluting the sp by 20% (coz of a low sp) just to have ~%20mil to sit in the bank for 12 months and in 12 months time they will need to have another CR to maintain the balance and keep the trials running.

If you follow the markets, the last 18 months were very tough for the small caps to raise the funds, atm I can't see how this is goign to be different for Prima..here is a recipe for failure.

If they believe the CAN-003 is positive, why not to run the CR in Sept where the sp wud rise in anticipation of the results (and hopefully post the good ICS results.)
CR in high teens is better than in single digit.

This handling of the CR is trashing the sp and shareholder value and consequently confidence.

I still believe the results will spark the sp, but if sp at 5-6c it will be a long and rough way back to 30ies.
