    Have you not seen Chinese loans with NO payments till production starts? I have.
    I posted about one recently. Two years building with NO re-payment and then 13 years to pay back.
    I posted on how at that rate of re-payment,SDL would be able to re-pay the loan in the 15 years,plus pay for the Itabirite phase two cost of over $2 Billion and bank the rest of the + $2 Billion per year Revenue they make.
