The fact that they announced today that they had increased the size of the banking facility, despite the fact that they do not need the money and are in fact reducing debt is a very good sign. I think the Board wants to have maximum financial flexibility prior to reinstating the dividend. If things go okay for the rest of the financial year, I think a dividend at end of financial year is a good bet
