So what makes you think that they want to put a floor under REE pricing? Sounds more like they are setting themselves up to control REE pricing alright, but I don't see how you can claim it is a "fact" that they will prevent REE prices from falling further!
They can drop them so that LYC goes bust eventually, if they want to.
You also seem to have a pretty good insight into the cost structure of the many other small REE producers in China, Jason, where did you get your info on them from?
