Sorry- following on from my earlier post - just looking it up and price sensitive info still has to be announced immediately but the definition of immediately has been given by ASIC as"
not meaning "instantaneously"
but "promptly, without delay"
depends on a number of things, including the complexity of information, amount of info, and whether the announcement shoudl be approved by the board first.
