Josh Pitt & Neil Tomkinson ( his business partner ) are rarities in the spec end of the market. So above board it gives one faith that there are decent directors / management / controlling shareholders out there.

If you see Wythenshawe Pty Ltd, Warramboo Holdings Pty Ltd, on a register then those are their 2 main holding vehicles.

These are guys who do not take a salary or any sort of remuneration from the companies they control. Nor collect consultancy fees. Or vend overpriced tenements into their companies that they have picked up on the cheap. Their reward comes from a rising share price.

I have always done well in the long run out of the particular companies of theirs that i have been involved with. However it can be hit and miss sometimes.Not everyone will be a winner. Patience is required. At times some of their companies appear to go to sleep for a number of years. In my experience their companies are not suited to traders looking to make a quick buck.

I will add they are not the type of companies that one can call or email and expect to always get a response to questions. They can be very minimal on shareholder communication. Most times only releasing what they legally have to.
