It would be right if that was the case. But, the company didn't say that at all. And all we are doing, is trying to build some conjectures around it all, while trying to figure out what the whole reason behind it is.
For the life of me though, I couldn't see that Kronos would be doing such a thing based on your reasoning, as IMHO, they would be laughed out of the Courts.
If Kronos has resorted to such a move, there will have to be some serious reasoning behind it all.
And, to force them to claim what they are claiming, well, until our Board will come out clean and tell us all, your guess is as good as mine.
I am a realist that prefers to leave the rosed coloured glasses on the shop's shelves.
