If the gold price is undergoing a correction, it may be a blessing in disguise for NST. I would hope this could mean they reduce their exploration budget and also abandon any plans for Ashburton in the near future. They should simply continue mining at Paulsens and build up their cash reserves. Who knows? Perhaps there could be a suitable takeover opportunity at bargain basement prices instead? We can be thankful we have invested our money in a low cost producer.
