So if LGU approvals are what's stopping them from drilling in the Pines, why haven't they resumed drilling in Blocks N and Q off Sabah Malaysia yet?
They drilled two wells in a four well program before they sacked the "Deepwater Expedition" in Dec 2011 (on contract to them to 2014) for BOP compliance issues. Obviously their drilling permits were in place there.
