I guess the point I'm trying to make is OEL advised us on 19-03-2013 the reasons for the delay and BHP's continued commitment to drill SC55 at the earliest opportunity.
That and Trans-Asia's release are the only formal reports we've received about the matter.
The rest has been media speculation.
If what OEL advised us on 19-03-2013 turns out to be false, then BHP may have misled OEL, or OEL have misled the market on their own, or a bit of both
I doubt they would be stupid enough to do that as its breaking the law.
