Don't tell me that you are investing your money based on what you read within those reports mate. For, by doing so, it means that you have no faith in yourself and don't hold much faith on your own doings either. And when that happens you will invariably fall within the spiral that will lead you, (like Pelm did while skiing), down the hill without the planks and the pole to offer you guidance and support.
Those people make their decisions on investing like you and I do. So, they will invariably be prone to mistakes and errors of judgment just like you and I.
Don't ever forget that!!

Besides if you make you own investment decision and they turn up to be pear shape, you have no one to blame but yourself. Conversely, if they turn out to be good you will end up with a big smile in your face and be on the lookout for a good pole to scratch you own back. (A PAT IN THE BACK).

Now, and as far as these threads are going, IMO there is nothing much more that anyone can discuss, nor add to, to what has been flogged to death already, and/or repeated over and over again ad nauseum.
We have run out of our own ideas as to why we are still in suspension and we have, IMHO, run out of opinions/reasons as to why the litigation started from the beginning of time and ended up getting us here where we are today as well.

In case someone missed it altogether, there is nothing that the Company (It's Executives and Board) can say besides what they are allowed to say. It is my very clear opinion that everyone within the company has been gagged by someone, "LAWYERS TO A GREAT EXTENT", (I'll bet my left one on that), and they are very limited in what they can say and do as a result. Even blind Freddie could see that.

So, we find oursleves in a predicament where, like it or lump it, we will have to groan and bear it as there is no other things that we can do. We can't buy nor we can sell any shares in the company while this is going on. Simple as that. And any ramping or downrampings they are just a waste of time and HC pixels. Simple as that as well.

Go for walk and take the dog along with you (IF YOU HAVE ONE THAT IS), and leave it to Management to tell us if and when we will relist. There will be a time that we will that's for sure. And for every day that goes past, it will be a day closer for that to happen. You can bet your proverbials on that!! Nothing is surer LOL.
As to being good or bad at the time that we will relist, no one knows, but it is of no use starting to be in moaning well before the time, nor putting your best suit on, if there is no corpse there.

The company is still going and the mining is still going on as well. And that, in anyone's language is a very good thing and a sign that we will end up getting somewhere. If the mining and shipping of ore was to have stopped, I'd be starting to get very worried. But, it hasn't happened.
