i have been thinking - holders including myself are probably a little too optomistic as to how the share price for SEH might run.

sure, all the current information points to enormous potential value, but the average share pice has never traded much more than a one third of analysts valuations.
so why should there be change now ??

Resource stocks have been hit hard by the worlds economic downturn. Boom times are over, and for a small resource stock doing business in a foreign county (particuarly china) we probably should expect that the company's share price on the ASX will be at a substantial discount to its NPV.
