if it was deemed illegal by our courts to do as you suggest then there would be an outrage

the international court which we are a memeber of has proclaimed that the hunting and taking of whales in these waters as being ILLEGAL.Australia already has a court action against them in place

to get around this the japs are using a clause that allows them to take these animals for 'scientific research' 12 years on and under a court instruction to release scientific reports on their findings, they released a statement stating 'whales eat krill"

these are the same people who gave the whole world and the Geneva convention the finger and slaughtered thousands including many Australians
