What happens when the baby boomers start selling their investment properties, to pay for their retirement bucket lists? Wouldn't want to be last to market on that one!
And when will the asians realise, they can buy an apartment for 1/4th of the price in Florida near the beach instead of Sydney. Why wouldn't you buy 4 florida properties for the same price?
