I dont believe it is ideal either especially if BMB now have to search for an alternative and the success of this is mandatory to stay in the mix.

What time restraints have been given to do this as I assume there isnt 100 worthy JV partners just sitting their waiting and if they do exist there is alot of detail to be gone through let alone agreed on before you shake hands.

Are Togo prepared to wait for 1 week? 4 weeks? 3 months?

Do BMB have a replacement in mind OR maybe they DONT need to have one, TOGO are happy for them to do this at a later stage?

Alot of unanswered questions that can be interpreted a number of different ways.
