Hi Nihil. Overlay Oil on top of MAD's chart. Up until the 2nd half of last year MAD's dips coincided with the dips in the price of oil. After this, MAD declined on it's own steam. Likely due to Nash and Boiling drilling. Fundamentals and oil have since improved significantly but the price has only improved marginally. So I think there is opportunity around these prices barring a complete catastrophe. And if that does happen, MAD's price downside would be minimal and the cashed up company would ride it, in the mean time providing an opportunity to buy more at lower prices.
Personally I think the global sell off was just a minor technical correction. When the indices make new highs people become worried (not referring to you). However when a stock makes a new high...it's a signal to buy. Why is this?
