I would have to agree as I don't see any other reason for the purchase to take place. It also shows me that they are competent, diligent and intelligent in tying up loose ends from the onset before the rigs are mobilised.

I also feel that the next announcement will include a new financier for the purchase to be completed as well as the drilling contractor/ spud date.

Good things come to those who have patience and the SP manipulation which is currently taking place is only shaking out the short term traders looking to make a quick buck.
