Any company seeking more capital must pay attention to the SP. Otherwise it is to the detriment of the shareholders.


IMO NWE hasn't managed this risk particularly well and the project has not delivered the anticipated rise in the SP.


They have operated as though they are completely oblivious to the SP and its implications to the company's prospects.

The Arrowsmith-2 project is still very exciting, but management need to play a more shrewd game.
