I have a theory
let's say, if I was a serious institutional investors I would send a detective out there to monitor progress right now - a little bribe here and there, come on it's Africa
now this is only my what-if scenario
so if they are on the ground and find out positive stuff earlier then we - I would expect the price creep up slowly before end of May
what do you think ?
