The U.S. debt position is indefensible. The U.S. government was paraliysed because one side wanted to pay down debt and one side wanted more debt.

The U.S. is not paying off the principle and the principle is increasing along with the interest.
They cant pay it now and you think 200% of GDP would be better.
The only way I might add the the U.S. is afloat is from printing money at least 85 billion per month and that's what they tell you it is likely they are printing a lot more.
The generation that follows this will be stricken with recession and depression for decades.
