Hmmn the dumb much maligned chartists did I believe - still no buy signal here for me - looks like its going lower on T/A - fundamentals are out the window resources are being dumped - div yield is the flavour at present look at telstra approaching $5 100% rise in the last couple of years.
BRU looks cheap med long term but cheap can always get cheaper - chart is a shocker as our most of the resource sector here in Aus
