'Early' sales is a misnomer. Actually it's factually a falsehood on every level. This company has missed every, repeat, every, timeline it has ever set for itself. My command of the English language is satisfactory enough to know that's not 'early'.

Further, relative to peers (SFR) for example, its production timeline is twice as long.

Finally, and this is the best bit, the company has never issued a DFS OR Project Plan with timelines but is insistent at every release that 'we are on schedule'. That is laughable. Unverifiable. Almost likely to be 100% wrong but nobody will ever know.
