Must say I was gobsmacked with your observation: "The purpose of the meeting, clearly was to assist shareholders to better understand where the business is at right now. Infact, I think it was your [Joewolf] post a few weeks ago stating shareholders dont know what they are being asked in invest in, which prompted us to have the session."

The purpose of the meeting was to provide another forum to raise more money to keep the Company going.

Kiril, we would love to know "where the business is right now" -we would love to have known last year, last month....

The [ongoing] lack of communication with Shareholders highlights a fundamental issue with Intermoco; a lack of engagement with those who have spent considerable sums of money in this Company over a considerable period of time. There is clearly no proactive agenda regarding keeping Shareholders up to speed with the Company's achievements, gameplans, prospects... it is only when more $s are needed that it is deemed neccessary to offer an insight into the Company's future plans -Kiril, this is not good enough! it never has been, it is not now, and it will never be!

We need ongoing, continual updates. No one expects expensive glossy brochures; emails highlighting current projects, areas of future interest etc would be a great thing. Keeping the website up-to-date with Company info would be a great thing [have a look at the monthly archive for 2013 Kiril -yep! absolutely nothing!!!]

Not keeping Shareholders up-to-date Kiril is a choice the Board/Management is making. I say that is a poor choice, and highlights an attitude that needs to change -we want to be informed as Shareholders, we need to be informed as Investors, we would like to be informed as "Ambassadors" for Our Company.

I don't doubt, Kiril, the ongoing negativity [continually] expressed on the Intermoco forum would be less so if we simply became more informed -will you please follow up -make it a priority, make it ongoing, make it a commitment!

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts with us Kiril -wouldn't it be great if that became the norm! Intermoco communicating with its Shareholders!
