    re: Ann: Letter to Shareholders - Investor In... speaking of telcos and the like.. normal practice i saw on one of them prior, was stating the milestone goals publicly as well.

    eg: we have initial target of 70,000 customers as we have calculated that figure as a breakeven point.

    things are going well, we presently have 37,000, with another 10,000 expected online this quarter etc. due to problem blah blah and issues outside our control.. we cannot precisely predict timelines.. but having said that.. this is out conservative estimate or baseline view..it is possible we may sign more then 10,000 if other outforces work in favour. worst case scenario we envisage 10,000 addition this quarter etc etc.

    conservative estimates are that we shall reach our first milestone by date xyz.. after which our intention is then milestone 2...

    is hard to enjoy a game when one is not know what the clear objectives are? is like playing a game of soccer and goals are being kicked daily.. but the scoreboard is stuck and remains at 0-0 in the eyes of the spectator.

    and speaking of objectives.. the objectives cannot just be the numberic of clients.. there also must be linkage to financial goals as well?

    kiril: u recall the previous history as well, where same term embedded networks was applied to different kinds of deals. we all watched that for 7 years.. watching 10 online networks.. 30. 50. 100, wow 150. but each time the cashflow read the same. spend spend spend.. not recieve. wow, these networks seem to be going so well? awesome.. we have made industry penetration... clients love us....our industry name is fantastic.. ppl respect us...our install objectives are coming along so well..

    im afraid ur seeing sarcasm from many due to that.

    at no stage did bennett or black or meehan tell us what the milestones were or by any measure of opinion of assessment: how many networks or endpoints would make what kind of financicial impact on the business, what anticipated timeframes? what was breakeven lines? what is profitable to the entity and in turn the investor?

    i put it to directors: if we dont have clear opinion on such, if we are not also disclosing some of which to our backers... should we be doing the venture at all? i obviously hope we do proceed in the venture and proceed well.

    im not going to have the view joewolf or albie have stated above. i think the seminar on 16th april was positive thing to do. ok maybe there was a slight planning hiccup. but i see it as a positive step forward regardless of that.

    i hope the day went well. im disapointed u didnt attend albie.
