    Chinese approval granted to merger of Glencore/Xstrata subject to various conditions principally sale of Las Bambas in Peru by 30/9/14. If not sold by then they will have to dispose of either Tampakin,Freida or others in South America. The first two would not break Glencore's heart as they don't want greenfields projects. Just another step in working out who is going to own what at Freida Next the Ok Tedi mess.
