Given GRB been around 15c to 17c for a month
seem to be strong support/large buy order at 16.5c last few days
reckon GRB probably going to price the issued at around 15c or 14c or lower
so whoever came on board at 16.5c will average out their entry price lower than the SP before trading is halted
for the seller(s), it also means when they sold at 16.5c, they can re-subscribe back at 15c or lower , a win-win scenario !!!
