nothing wrong with the MD informing holders of Palta...
he stated the newspapers, cos that was his source of info... whn has nothing to do with Palta via Shell, so whn will also be getting secondary info all of the time...
in fact, i think that if the results r good, there will be media reports or rumours about it before anything from shell and oxx...
