tataki beef (my favorite)
sear beef steak and wash in cold to cool.
cut into slithers and sprinkle with a small amount of chili powder (optional).
sauce:
half water
half light soy sauce
small amount of rice wine or vinegar or distilled vinegar
small amount of dry sherry or the like
small amount of sugar
small amount of sesame oil
small amount of olive oil
mix and dizzele on steak
