re: failing and the alternative. I was the support. I was covering my short and of course it fell after I covered. I should add that my short in VCR was only 3% of the number of TLS shares I was/am short.

I made my money as indicated here out of shorting VCR down to 78c for a lot of stock and as I said ,when I started covering that became the support ahead of the rise in recent months.

I invested the proceeds in HTW in which I have a big holding and the stock is not for sale though I have been approached to sell. I am more than 10% up on that stock. HTW and VCR will settle their differences if they are smart.

There is a sleeper. The HTW stent sized product which recently successfully trialled in animal testing. With 1.1m Americans having a heart attack each year it may be the least intrusive answer to heart support. I have examined it with expert help.

I am long HTW and hope that VCR does well in the meantime.
