Martin Blakeman and the team have pumped millions of their hard earned into MNM the past few years, they know much more than us..

IK has 4 KPI's for this year, I assume that means we can expect at least 4 successful targets/goals being "hopefully" achieved?

IK did not take a pay cut and get 3 Million MNMOA a few months ago for no reason IMO?

He is MD and he wants to benefit as much as the other management when he hits the targets and gets results...

Will targets be met and does ALDP,S& have anything to do with them? IMO, definately..

Best part for me is,,,credit/funding is tough but who better to have in the partnership than Tata,Theiss, Sedgemen, etc etc...

They are in this for a Coal mine and so am I,,,,
