I couldn't help but get on board with TAR the other day when it dropped to around 7c. Its been on my watch list for a while. Currently there are approx 40M shares on offer so is tightly held. Last financial report stated that TAR has approx $2.9M cash on hand. The market cap for the company is only approx $2.8M and therefore is only equivalent to the cash component.

They have some projects in West Africa that are already showing plenty of promise. TAR will continue detailed drilling of the Kossa-Borobon gold mineralised zones with the aim of defining a maiden JORC compliant mineral resource by mid year (as stated in ASX announcement 27 March 2013).

The other thing that is impressive about TAR is that they release regular announcements to keep shareholders up to date with progress on their projects.

For these reasons I don't believe TAR will remain at this very low market cap of <$3M for long. There is a lot of potential upside with market cap virtually equivalent to cash held.
