Grantha I love your graphs and arguments but. I do not agree with your scenario based on massive job losses then fleeing of population. We will go from full speed ahead to half full speed ahead. I am not a blind believer in property always rising etc. There will be ebbs and flows in the cycle my bet is on selected property rising for next 12 months. The hope that prices will somehow crash and we will retiurn to 1975 gives the posters on here joy. Dream on kids Follow Moon, Grantha, Nata and pray for the fall or follow me and make money.
