If you bought, yes you did force up the price. That's what happens when a lot of people buy. The opposite happens when a lot of people sell. Sometimes the bots work for the buyer and sometimes the bots work for the seller. There's noone pointing a pistol to anyone's head to sell stock just because a bot is selling 20 shares at a time... if people are selling just because of that, then that will make my brain explode because to me it suggests that they were buying stock simply because there wasn't a bot selling 20 shares at a time on the point of purchase.
Seriously, "investors" get scared because there is a program selling 20 shares at a time? Funniest thing I've heard. Rabbits are easily excitable and scared creatures... we've got one here and we can ask him...
