    What if SKG were to issue them with one big parcel of shares to pay out the $850k and to cover the interest on the 6 million pound facility on the AIM ?

    If Cornell accepted say 3 to 5 million shares as a settlement, surely that would signify that they have faith in the future of SKG ?
