BUT you continue to be the largest shareholder in spite of all this.
Precisely why are you continuing to be the largest shareholder in these circumstances? Might it be better to cut your losses?
OK so by continuing to be the largest shareholder you re actually saying that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
SO why are you endangering the co by not participating in a CR?
Too may questions but methinks they want DML to sink to its knees so they can pick the co up for next to nothing!A blocking stake will at least ensure their participation?
