you will of course notice that some in the company stand to make huge windfalls from the declining share price.....

as they have a set cash amount for free stock issue each year...the LOWER the price ...the MORE stock they receive.....

and with the lowered stock issue since the reconstruction...this means BIGGER DIVIDEND cheques for them

no real incentive to push the price up with this arrangement in place........
