Apologies for being rude, and my spelling... You've definitely done well and i agree about the long term growth for Bentley. It will do even better if the light railway eventually goes through to Curtin, although you could be 60 before it happens. I can also tell you that Manning road near the Karawara shops to the city via the freeway can be done in 10 minutes on the weekend. Probably the downside is i'm pretty sure Bentley has a larger proportion of state housing than any other suburb in Perth but i may be wrong on that. I live next door in Manning and drive through the back streets to get to the First Choice on Albany highway and i would be pretty careful about choosing where i'd buy a house- it is deadbeat central in some parts but i'm sure you know that. A friend that lived there came out in the morning and his car was on bricks. Curtin uni has an awesome gym as well.
