All the delays , strategising , waiting , twisting , turning , whispers, procrastinating, stalling , sidesteps etc etc is imo all centered around qualifying for the ALDP funding. The market has been wrong footed by the elusive 6 mil. The six million is not the ball, the ALDP is ...so eyes on the ball . Rerate is imminent )
