The idea of fasting for 2 days every week seems the way to go. Wonder what you could eat for just 600 calories? Any ideas ?? I have absolutely no idea how many calories I eat per day, never thought about it. I do know that I put on weight every summer and lose it every winter. Must be all the fruit I eat, especially my favourite, figs.
Think I just might go ahead and give it a try, will let you know how I get on.
