    I have been watching with interest as well.

    I am always willing to give these things a try but can't see the longevity in it.

    I did the paleo diet for 100 days. When I woke up on day 101 I ate an entire caramel cheesecake and made myself sick. Did I lose the craving for sugar ? nope. Still there.

    I never did paleo again.

    Fasting for 2 days a week would also be hard, especially for your mental state. I guarantee you them 2 fasting days a week would be your 2 least favouite days of the week. I would also start loathing these fast periods a day in advance (kind of like not looking forward to Monday on Sunday), so this cannot be good long term ?

    I did'nt mind the look of that Fast/Feed day to day diet whereby you could eat anything on the feed day. Them Louisiana Hamburgers and ice cream looked awesome!

    I guess this subject will always be a hot topic until we find the formula of being able to eat as much junk food as possible without getting fat.
