margin ca 187 x oz produced compare to market cap if they make say
30 million thats 300 million market cap no need to overcomplicate things
they might make less than 1o cents per share might cause gold is getting very close to slr cost of production what is value slr if gold goes 1100 and stays there for a year ?? and using a pe of 10 in my opinion is wrong especially when they close to break even cost ,,should be 5 pe for most gold miners 10 year mine life must be minimum as well
i have been trading gold and gold shares for over a decade now the level of ignorance denial among gold newbies is amazing to se
now i dont think gold will go below 1200 but it sure as hell can .
and the closer they get to cost of production the closer to zero valuations get
now a takeover is always possibility but holding on hoping for one is dangerous
