Entry for STT list:
SGQ - FA- NiCu explorer - WA - MC: ~12mil
SGQ has a prospective tenement in WA surrounded by SGQ/BHP JV tenements. This alone should tell you the calibre of the ground however ontop of this, the 100% owned SGQ prospect named Cambridge has shown positive signs of being prospective for massive sulphides and they have now been confirmed by BHP in the last drill round.
This discovery has lead SGQ to do a full RC drill round to 250/300m depths. In the lead-up to these drills (commenced today) being announced in both visuals and assays I would say the price target is dependent on results however I am quietly confident of some great results.
The only risk I see is that perhaps they won't drill deep enough to hit the sulphide supergene, in which case the drills could disappoint and see a price stagnate or drop.
Currently the price has been holding at its local bottom price for a significant period so I cannot see huge drops unless very poor drills returned.
