It's interesting that in the qtrly cash report they have not listed any loans or credit facilities. I could be wrong but I think they must declare their liabilities (loans or credit etc).

If it's true that they don't have any, then without a full subscription to the rights issue, the company will not have enough cash to make it through next quarter. Not a good look.

As it stands, it's a gamble that's weighted to the house.

IMO, this company will end up in private hands by years end with the biggest victims being the smallest SH.
