I sent Emails to Peter Canterbury and Jill Thomas about SDL concentrating on letting the world know about the amount of Itabirite they have.
I suggested they had at least 20 Billion if not 30 Billion tonnes of Itabirite on their tenements.
I said others would take notice if they did that, I pointed out how some are saying they believe they will have 8 and 10 Billion tonnes of Magnetite at a lower grade than SDL,and how they are being noticed and reported on in the World Press.These other African low grade miners have partners pumping in funding for them.
It finaly seemed to get through to them when they announced a target figure of 9.2 to 13.2 Billion tonnes of Itabirite,on top of the 4.3 Billion tonnes they have already announced.

I think you are close with your 60% waste to 40% ore for the Itabirite.

Selling price is likely to be DSO at $140p/t would = roughly $170p/t for 68%Fe.
Would be a $40 FOB,with a Profit of around $234 Billion on 1.800 billion tonnes.

That as you know is only the beginning. Only accounts for the 4.3 Billion they have announced so far,still the targeted extra 9.2 to 13.2 Billion tonnes on top to come.
I expect even more than the 9.2 to 13.2 billion tonnes to come.

I do admit you are far more experienced than I and have far more knowledge than I about the projects in Cameroon and The Congo.Any insight you can give on what we have or what is happening on the ground will help SDL shareholders to understand better what SDL is all about. I realise you can only say so much,but anything extra would help us to understand SDL's future.

Can you tell us anything about the area around and to the North and North/West of Elogo?
I sent Don Lewis some information,maps and map details about that area as a likely iron ore area. I spoke to Don and he asked me to send the maps and details.
I was told by the company last year that they had a team in the area doing trenching and taking samples.
