this offer is a joke. it is what dapper4343 said, but at least with mak offfer you maintained exposure to the project.

fine buy mak's half for cheap as they wanted out but as this is ucl's only viable project do investors want a lowball price for their halve

project is now at financing stage but investors get screwed out the back door for 31c a share. project isn't even that larger capex.

in 4 years this could be generating returns of inexcess of the price they will pay u for it now.

i dont hold the stock but this jordanson guy is not acting in the best interest of shareholders. It will be interesting to see if tyman will accept, kinda sounds from the release he has.

write a letter to the ceo, i would i would be pissed.
