Yes, I think that's right Von.

They are very conservative, which bodes well for an announcement when it is released.

They wouldn't have announced April 2013 subject to successful trials if they didn't think it was a realistic chance. What I like about the situation at the moment, is the board knows a distribution agreement is what the market is waiting for (first of many), so they would know if they don't announce it they will need to give the market a legitimate reason why it hasn't eventuated. This will mean the April quarterly should be a decent update.
