Dont think that will go down well. You cant have an interpretation of a constitution...and change it at whim? You would have to change the Constitution itself....serious stuff. Like changing interpretations of the Bible to suit the occasion, or (shudder) the Q'ran. Bloomberg wasnt thinking..... Bloomberg, Iceberg....all bad news.
